community to please help us with the bake goods again this year.
If you can help, please bake cupcakes, cookies, fudge, candy or
brownies and bring them to the Mapleton City Center’s Multi-
Purpose Room on Saturday, April 20th at 8am. Thank you very
much for your support.
Last year the money was given to Hobble Creek and Mapleton
Elementary Schools. Principal Michael Johnson of Hobble Creek
Elementary used the $519 for gift cards for groceries and
Christmas for the less fortunate families of Mapleton. Principal
Celeste Gledhill of Mapleton Elementary used the $519 for a pair
of eyeglasses, several pairs of shoes, several coats, sub-for-santa
and some medical expenses that were much needed. Thanks so
much for everyone’s support that helped make this possible for
the less fortunate families of our community.
