Our thanks to all who came to our December luncheon. The food was superb AND the presentations were great! Pam Elkington talked about Hanukkah. As a child of Lebanese and Israeli heritage she was raised with an appreciation for her cultural background. As an adult she studied and was baptized but shares her heritage for her children and grandchildren. It was enlightening. We also had an opportunity to ask questions.
Mary Wall’s ballet class was a hit again this year. They did an abbreviated version of ‘The Nutcracker’. It was enjoyable to see them dance. It was fun to see the littlest ballerinas’ contribution. Children add an additional dimension to any holiday.
